Everything an owner asks before buying CARE — the AI receptionist on WhatsApp for businesses that take bookings in Qatar and the GCC. 39 questions, answered without marketing fluff.
The bookings CARE made and their quoted value: the price of each booked service from your own price list. It is not money collected: CARE never takes payments, so each booking counts at your listed price, not at what the customer finally pays. It also shows how many bookings came in while you were closed, win-backs and value at risk, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and you can export it.
Yes, by default. CARE books into your free slots day and night, using your own services, hours and booking rules, and the Value tab shows those bookings separately as "booked while closed". You can switch after-hours booking off in Settings.
A win-back is a customer who cancelled or didn't show up, then rebooked through CARE. When someone misses an appointment, CARE messages them itself to offer a new slot, using a Meta-approved WhatsApp template; if they rebook, it counts.
Your upcoming bookings from customers who have missed an appointment before, added up. Each one is listed with a one-tap WhatsApp reminder, so you or your team can check in before the day.
Because a booking for a service with no price in your list can't be added to the total. The Value tab names those services, so you can add the price and make the number complete.
No. Every dashboard and conversation on this site uses invented businesses and sample numbers. Once CARE is live, your own Value tab shows your own bookings.
CARE is one payment covering a 12-month licence, quoted for your business. There is no monthly bill, no per-message charge and no per-seat fee, and conversations are not metered. Renewal is yours to decide each year and nothing is auto-charged. Message us on WhatsApp for a price. If CARE is not right for you, ask within 30 days of go-live and we return 85% of what you paid.
Because it depends on things we cannot guess from a web page: how many branches and WhatsApp numbers you need covered, and whether you want a custom workflow built. Publishing one number would mean quoting most businesses wrongly. Message us on WhatsApp and you get a figure in the same conversation.
You decide whether to renew. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no card on file. If you renew, the fee for the next term is quoted at that point. If you do not, the licence expires and the agent stops answering customers until it is renewed.
We do not promise a renewal amount in advance — it is quoted when the term is up. What we can tell you is that the renewal carries the same refund terms as the first year: 85% returned if you ask within 30 days of the renewal date.
Bank transfer. There is no card on file and no direct debit, which is also why activation is manual: we switch your agent on once the transfer is confirmed.
The licence covers the agent, the owner dashboard with its Value tab, unlimited customer conversations, support for the term, and connecting your existing booking system if you use one. Optional work is quoted separately and only if you ask: a custom workflow or white-label branding. WhatsApp Business messaging fees are charged by Meta, not by us.
It answers at 2 AM, during the Friday rush, and while your front desk is with someone standing in front of them. It handles the repeat questions — price, availability, hours, location — books, reschedules, sends reminders and messages no-shows to rebook, without anyone typing. And the Value tab shows you what it booked. Your team keeps the conversations that need a person.
It doesn't have to. CARE has its own calendar, so you can run your bookings there. If you already use a booking system, CARE can connect to it instead, and that connection is included in the licence.
No, and it is not designed to. CARE expands the hours and the volume your team can cover; it does not take anyone's job. Every conversation is visible to your team, who can take over at any point, and CARE is designed to hand over on its own when a customer needs a person.
No. CARE books the appointment; payment stays with you. It never holds card details and never takes payments.
No. CARE works on WhatsApp only: it reads text, understands voice notes, and replies in text. Reminders and no-show follow-ups go out as WhatsApp messages using Meta-approved templates.
Yes, at the times you choose in Settings — for example the day before and a few hours before. Customers reply in the same chat to confirm or change the time, and the calendar updates.
Yes. When a customer asks for a particular doctor, stylist or therapist, CARE checks that person's hours and only offers slots that exist. If they are not available, it offers the next free slot or someone else, the way you set it up.
CARE answers only from the information you give it — services, prices, FAQs and business details, entered in the dashboard or linked from an Excel or Google Sheet — and the messages your customers send on WhatsApp. You decide what goes in, we never share or sell your data, and you can export or permanently delete it yourself at any time.
CARE runs on third-party cloud and AI infrastructure, and that includes providers outside the GCC. We do not claim in-region-only hosting, because it would not be true. What we do commit to is that you can export everything and delete it permanently.
Yes — every conversation, in full, live in the dashboard. You also get a daily summary on WhatsApp, at the time you choose in the dashboard: the day's conversations and bookings, and anything that needs your attention.
Yes. You invite your staff and choose what each person can access. Anyone with access to conversations sees the live inbox and can step into any thread and reply to the customer.
Fix the information it answered from — a price, an opening time, a policy — in the knowledge base, and CARE uses the corrected version from then on. AI-generated replies can be inaccurate, which is why your team can see every conversation and step in, and why CARE answers from information you control rather than from the open internet.
Arabic and English. CARE replies in the language the customer writes in. The Arabic is native Khaleeji rather than stiff Modern Standard Arabic, which is what most tools answer Gulf customers with.
Because a reply in textbook Arabic reads as foreign to a Gulf customer, and most Arabic chatbots are English-first systems translating on the way out. The words a customer actually uses for your services are dialect words, and those are what CARE matches against your service list.
Yes, including in dialect. Customers often record what they want instead of typing it. CARE understands the voice note, matches it to your services and replies in text.
CARE replies in English. Qatar's customer base is mixed, so CARE answers each customer in the language they write in, Arabic or English.
No. CARE handles scheduling and front-desk questions. It does not diagnose, does not advise on treatment, and does not handle prescriptions. It is not a medical device and it makes no clinical decisions.
CARE is designed not to treat it as a routine booking: its escalation triggers, based on the words and tone of the message, hand the conversation to your team. Those triggers are an operational convenience, not a safety system — they are not guaranteed to catch every urgent case, so your own protocols for urgent contact still apply.
CARE answers from the information you give it. When a question falls outside it, it says so and hands the conversation to your team rather than guessing, and it will not offer an appointment slot that does not exist.
Support runs Sunday to Thursday during Qatar business hours, over WhatsApp and email, for the length of your licence. We do not promise a guaranteed response time and we do not offer an uptime commitment — we would rather say that plainly than publish a number we cannot hold to.
You get 90 days' written notice, and your data stays exportable throughout. That commitment is in the service terms, not just here.
You give it what you already have: services and prices, opening hours, staff, booking rules and common questions, entered in the dashboard or linked from an Excel or Google Sheet. That is the training. There is no engineering and no prompt writing on your side, and you can update any of it later.
A few working days. We connect your WhatsApp Business number and load your services, prices, staff and hours with you. The agent is switched on once your bank transfer is confirmed — activation is manual.
You can use your existing business number if it is not already tied to a personal WhatsApp account, or a new one if you would rather keep them separate. The setup guide covers both paths.
If CARE is not right for you, ask within 30 days of go-live and 85% of what you paid is returned; 15% is retained to cover onboarding work already done. On a renewal the same window runs from the renewal date. The full process and timings are in the refund policy.
You own your data. Export your conversations and bookings before you go, and delete them permanently — yourself, or by asking us. No exit fees and no hostage data.
Yes — Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. CARE is built in Doha, though the currency, working week and messaging rules differ by country and are set up accordingly.
